How the house works
Plain language, so the rules are readable in a minute. This is an explanation, not the binding terms — where it and a document above ever disagree, the document governs.
Collectables, not investments.
Pieces are sold as collectables. Resale values are set by the market and are not guaranteed by Moody Mobb.
Editions never reprint.
A closed edition stays closed. Supply figures printed on a Passport are binding.
Authentication.
Verification reports the state of the registry at the time of the scan. A verdict is evidence, not a warranty against every possible forgery.
Transfers.
Title moves only through the release protocol. Off-platform sales do not move the registry record and leave the buyer unregistered.
Materials and regions.
Repurposed-fur pieces carry labelling required by applicable law; some regions restrict fur sales and availability varies. Working-systems products ship with safety-certified low-voltage components.
Payments.
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Moody Mobb does not store card numbers and never sees them.
