The Moody Mansion
Twenty-two homes, each its own design.
Built in-house to the 9″ Tech Moody’s own scale, with every room on display.
Every Mansion stands on exactly 22.22 square feet — 80″ × 40″ — and rises about 56″ through three floors to a roof terrace, built entirely in-house. It opens in two halves, like a book, on a hidden rear hinge, so every room is on display: app-controlled lighting, running water, a motorised three-car garage and one huge walk-in closet. No two are alike: each of the 22 is its own design. A mansion is its own product class — it does not consume Tech Moody edition supply.
Why 1:8. It is the 9″ Tech Moody’s own scale: a 9″ figure stands six feet tall in these rooms, and the cars that seat it park in the garage. At 1:8 the 22.22 sq ft footprint is a 53′ × 27′ house. A whole 22,000 sq ft home at the same scale would need about 115 sq ft of floor, so each Mansion keeps the estate’s signature rooms at full size and leaves out the corridors. (At 1:6, the same figure would read as a 4′6″ child.)
